The Uniflex Unique Features
All advantages at a glance:

Absolutely diffusion tight
The aluminum core is continuously overlapped welded and prevents oxygen/gases from permeating into the pipe. Subsequently, the corrosion of metallic installation components is avoided

High form stability
Because of the metal/plastic composition, UNIFLEX PIPE remains in position after bending

High bending flexibility
UNIFLEX PIPE can easily be bent by hand without tools, thus making the use of numerous fittings unnecessary

Low heat expansion
The permanent bond of plastic layers to the aluminum considerably reduces heat expansion

Easy jointing
No welding, thread cutting, soldering or gluing! The UNIFLEX PIPE range of fittings and accessories is perfectly coordinated; simply cut pipe to length, bevel it, join pipe and fitting and tighten or press – that’s all!
Corrosion resistance
The smooth inner and outer plastic layers keep water at bay – preventing deposit accumulation and corrosion

Excellent long-time rupture strength
The combination of plastic and metal makes UNIFLEX PIPE a permanently reliable system for its use in all common hot and cold water installations. “Internal Pressure-rupture Strength” , tests have proven, that UNIFLEX PIPE exceeds the generally required INDIAN & INTERNATIONAL standards 70 DEG C/10 bar/50 years, by far. Therefore, up to 95 DEG C water temperatures in heating systems are no problem at all. It can further be confirmed that up to 80 bar burst pressure rating for example for the most common size 16 x 2 mm is quite usual

Wide range of sizes
UNIFLEX PIPE is available from 14 to 110 mm for all types of installations
