Corrosion resistance

The inside and outside polyethylene is of symmetrical and non-polar materials with stable characteristics.  At normal temperature, it does not dissolve in any known solutions and is resistant against acid, alkali and salts of various kinds.

Dezincification

Composite Fittings are free of any dezincification.

Hydraulic Function

The roughness coefficient of Uniflex Composite Pipe is 0.007mm.  The inside wall is very smooth, scale free and low resistant which makes ideal for fluid (such as water) carrying. Due to its hard and also soft composite structure, the lashing pressure is quickly eliminated, thus no disturbing sound occurs.

Installation

Bendable but never spring back, decreases lots of fittings attached, easy installation, spares lots of installation time.

Hygiene

Composite Pipes are hygienic, non-toxic, rust free and does not allow growth of micro-organisms, thereby avoiding contamination of water.
